A lot of us choose to live in a closed environment—we’re lucky enough to have the freedom to fully embrace events around us, or turn a blind eye. Ongoing problems are often overshadowed by new trending ones. However, it still stands that a large percentage of people around the world don’t have access to clean drinking water or sustainable food sources.
I attempted to illustrate my social issue by stressing how often we take things for granted and overlook those who are truly suffering. Sometimes we all get tunnel vision and forget how lucky we really are.
